home again. an unbelievably quick turnaround over these past few days from the frightening unknowns of last week to the relatively quick procedure removing adrian's stents and a return home.
we will continue to check into sloan daily as day patients to have adrian's various numbers checked and get some physical and occupational therapy. on monday, we hope to return to adrian's chemo protocol where we left off before this latest infection.
tonight we all enjoyed a nice dose of 80's-style nostalgia while watching reruns of moonlighting a la cybil shepard and bruce willis ("all" that is, besides adrian, who is clearly convinced that thomas the tank engine has far superior dialogue and plot development!). moonlighting: a nice carry over to the extraordinary lunar eclipse tonight. we hope some of you engaged in a little moonlighting and caught a glimpse yourselves.
all this to say, we are happy to be home.
